I do not get cal/mag/zinc because i am a vegie. i was having muscle cramps in my lower leg. my health food store person told me to try this and . . . the cramps are gone. i like the taste, it could be not liked by some. i use one tablespoon day (vs. 2) and will continue with it. it is much less cost on amazon.

I think the product is fine but it does not taste good. Definately put it in water or juice before you drink it.

Didn't work for me. I was disappointed, my body can't tolerate this product because it was so enpensive. Not recommended. No effect at all but, headache and nausea, and bitter metallic taste, and burning on tongue!

Great way to take your calcium. The Pina Colada flavor is great, and I did not find this chalky at all, instead I find myself taking this vitamin regularly and wanting to take it regularly. With having osteoporosis and not liking to swallow large tablets that are filled with fillers that my body doesn't need, this liquid Vitamin is excellent in value and in taste. As with other calcium tablets on the market who claim they are the best, I found that it created headaches and/or constipation. This is the only way I plan on taking my calcium supplement, and I will continually buy this brand - Trace Minerals Research off of Amazon.com. "Excellent" product and I feel the difference through this calcium supplement compared to anything else I have taken in the past regarding a calcium supplement. The body accepts it faster as it hits your bloodstream right away versus waiting for your digestion to digest a pill. I can't praise this product enough for its taste and efficiency of delivering the calcium and other vitamins in it to protect my bones. Thank you Trace Minerals Research for a great Vitamin. :)
